VettWell No Refund Policy

At VettWell, we are committed to providing quality health and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, all sales are final.

No Refunds

All purchases made through VettWell are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except as required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement item or other appropriate resolution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly through our fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee that order modifications or cancellations can be accommodated after an order is placed.

Health and Wellness Products

For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns of health, wellness, nutritional, or personal-use products that have been opened, used, or delivered.

Shipping Delays

VettWell is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Lost Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, VettWell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate delivery issues.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact VettWell first to resolve any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may be challenged with supporting order and delivery documentation.
